FOR THIS TWEAK TO BE DONE YOU JUST NEED TO FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
1)Open control panel
2)Goto "regional and language options"
3)Click on the tab named as "customize"
4)A new window will popup.
5)Click on the tab named as "time" in the upper portion of the window
6)In the "AM Symbol" column or "PM Symbol" column type your desire name and its done.
